 The
firm advises on the application of labour regulations, the preparation
and personal assistance in client representation in as many appearances
as required by the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate, contesting
certificates issued by the Provincial Labour and Social Security
Inspectorate (violations, settlements and obstruction) and monitoring
the process until it is finally resolved administratively, representing
the client in dismissals and penalties, discharge of contracts and
claims for payment. Acknowledgements of rights, incapacities, penalties
from the Labour Inspectorate, violations, Occupational Risk Prevention,
Labour and Social Security Auditing, collective negotiations, etc.,
concluding employment contracts.
